Hair Loss Treatment
Hair Loss Treatment Clinic in Sydney, Parramatta and Newcastle Areas
Our number one goal is to provide you with completely natural hair, exactly like you would have if it never started disappearing in the first place. As such, the first step is a free Hair Check. This is where we examine your scalp and find out what is causing the shedding. This step is super important because different conditions call for different treatments.
When you come see us, you are guaranteed to end up with a solution that you love. We have lived up to this promise every single time because our job is not done until you are thrilled with the results. If you want your hair back, call or contact us online.
Based on patient feedback, we can confidently and accurately say that the whole process is likely to be quicker, cheaper, easier and much more effective than you think. Get informed by booking your free, no-obligation hair analysis session here.
LASER HAIR RE-GROWTH
Laser, combined with Energy enhancements , is generally the first and best option for getting your hair back. Its main advantage is that it will achieve completely natural results every time. With laser, your scalp will get back to business as usual and start producing and growing its own hair follicles normally once again.
In every single way, it is your own normal and natural hair. The only difference is that for the first few months after treatment takes effect and when the laser treatment and topical medications are still active, your hair might grow a bit faster than usual.
It does not work for everyone, but it is easy, straightforward, completely non-invasive and gets the most organic results.
The procedure happens in three steps.

Non-surgical hair replacement systems
Another option is non-surgical replacement, NEW HAIR SYSTEMS – HAIR FOR LIFE, which is non-invasive, pain-free, one-strand-at-a-time procedure conducted over a period of time to fully mimic natural hair growth. We source and utilise the best remi and virgin hair to custom make your hair system. On the one hand, this makes it extremely versatile and suitable for anyone, including sufferers of even the most severe alopecia, but on the other hand, it makes finding a perfectly natural solution.
How non-surgical hair treatment works
The first step is booking a free hair analysis session. Here we will conduct a close scalp examination, recommend various options and answer any questions you might have. If non-surgical hair treatment seems like a likely option, we will also look at the follicular indicators and computer-match your strand type to the highest quality and most similar natural hair available. For example, if you naturally have curly blonde hair (even if it is not there anymore), we will be able to notice it and provide a nearly identical blonde, curly replacement. The best part is that it is optional. If you would rather have dark, straight hair, then we can do that instead. Either way, you will get all the information you need. We offer all this analysis completely free of charge and without obligation.
As for the procedure itself, the exact details depend on what kind of transformation you are looking for and that will be covered in the free hair analysis session. Depending on your preferences, there might be multiple procedures in order to imitate the natural growth cycle or it might be done all at once. If it is the former, there will be a few follow-up sessions with more of the same.
As with our surgical hair transplants, the best results are achieved when you have a specialist that knows how to get the natural ‘snail track’ look. This is done by deliberately planting the strands in an inconsistent, irregular and semi-random pattern in order to fully mimic natural hair. It is trickier than it sounds and makes a huge difference to the quality of the outcome. For this reason, we strongly recommend New Generation Hair to anyone that wants outstanding results.

SURGICAL HAIR REPLACEMENT
In many cases where laser procedures will not get the right results, a transplant is the next best option. All surgical hair replacement and transplant procedures involve manually relocating follicles from other parts of the body to the affected area.
We take small skin grafts of anywhere from 1-5 follicles at a time– anything more than that starts looking unnatural – and reimplant it into hair loss zones.
This achieves impressively natural and incredibly striking results. The downsides are that it will not work for all conditions, as you need to have at least some active follicles to transplant. Also, some people do not like the suddenness of results, preferring instead to have it look like everything is naturally growing back over time.
Choosing a good hair transplant surgeon
Surgical hair transplants have to be done by hand, so the quality of results will always come down to the skill of the surgeon. A key part of the hairline design is the art of grafting follicles in varying, inconsistent and irregular densities. Natural hair does not grow in neat, organised rows and it certainly should not be regrafted as such. Unfortunately, just planting it in symmetrical blocks is a much faster takes a lot less effort. That is why many cut-rate, high-volume clinics will still do it like this, and inevitably get strange-looking results.
As we said, the vast majority of Australian hair transplant surgeons will achieve great results, and there is generally nothing to worry about. We will not scare you with stories of bad surgeons and ugly hair, because the odds of that happening are slim, no matter where you go.
We will, however, point out that here at New Generation, our principal hair transplant surgeon is recognised internationally for her outstanding work, and is objectively one of the best practitioners in all of Australia.

SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION
In short, scalp micropigmentation is a series of thousands of tiny pigmentations done across balding areas in order to look like normal stubble. It is purely cosmetic, and there is no actual growth involved, just subdermal pigmentation. Despite this, the results are genuinely incredible.
It is ideal for men who are suffering from male pattern baldness but want to restore a visible hairline, create a more rugged and edgy look or create the illusion of a normally shaved head. But more recently it has found success as an incredibly simple yet effective way of making thinning or bald spots invisible for both genders.
We were the first hair clinic in the world to offer this technique, which has since been picked up by countless other practitioners, and to our knowledge, we are the only clinic in Australia that offers this alongside other hair loss treatments.
Not like a normal tattoo
Scalp micropigmentation is not like a typical tattoo. It uses different tools, different ink and gets very different results.
Firstly, the actual needle is much smaller and finer than what you would get on a standard tattoo gun. It has to be this small in order to look like actual hair follicles.
Secondly, we use different ink depending on what you are looking for. Different shades let us match your normal hair colour, while a medical consistency means that there will not be any fading to blue or other discolouration over time.
Local anaesthesia makes it a painless procedure
The ink is not injected as deeply as normal tattoos. We can make it last for as long a time or as short a time as you want.
What can scalp micropigmentation do?
The best way to find out what scalp micropigmentation can do is to see for yourself. Check out our before and after gallery for a look at the results. More generally, the results depend on why we are doing it.
When deployed as a stand-alone procedure, scalp micropigmentation is either meant to create the look of a shaved head rather than baldness. It is also being used as a way of filling in the scalp and making it look like you have thicker hair than you do. When used alongside other procedures, like hair transplants or laser regrowth, scalp micropigmentation is a great way of making your hair look more natural as you wait for it to grow in.
Overall, it is a much more versatile, flexible and useful procedure than the words “scalp tattoo” would lead anyone to believe.

PRP (PLATELET-RICH PLASMA)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Human blood contains mesenchymal cells, and autologous blood products that contain essential and specific growth factors that assist in tissue regeneration and healing. Published medical literature from Europe and the United States confirms the safety and use of treatment. It has been used a medial adjunct treatment for over two decades for skin and wound healing. Treatment has established itself to be effective as a medical treatment modality in the specialty fields of oral surgery, neurosurgery, plastic and cosmetic surgery, sports medicine and orthopedics. It has been used extensively in these specialties for the last twenty years with generally positive outcomes and success. In the field of hair restoration, evidence supports treatment as a promising treatment option to promote hair growth. No claim can be made of its efficacy. While is in the early stages of scientific research in hair restoration, is not meant to replace current FDA approved therapies such as DHT blockers and Minoxidil. But it is a promising non-surgical therapeutic option for those patients with hair loss.
